Items purchased from seide.com.au may be returned for store credit within 14 days of dispatch. Please note, earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
To be eligible for return, items must:
Be in original, unused, and saleable condition
Include original packaging
Not be on sale or discounted
Be returned within 14 days
Be purchased directly from seide.com.au
Items not meeting these conditions will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Store Credit & Exchanges
Store credit is issued once the return is received, excluding shipping or additional charges (e.g. duties, taxes). Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, contact us with your order number, photos, and a brief description at hello@seide.com.au Faulty items must be returned in original condition & packaging.
Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing fault within 6 months. Damage from wear and tear, misuse, or incorrect care is not covered.
